SPARK values your feedback, both positive and negative.
If you wish to make a complaint about a SPARK programme, service or general issue, we encourage you to contact us. If your programme is implemented by a SPARK partner please contact the SPARK partner with your questions. If your complaint is not handled to your satisfaction by the partner, or if your feedback is directly related to SPARK work, you can send your complaint to our SPARK complaint handler in your country. For this you can use the feedback form below.
Sensitive complaints or complaints which are not handled properly by SPARK countries can be directed to our confidential advisors: wrenkema@hotmail.com and/or d.kuipers@spark-online.org . All information received through your email will be dealt with strict confidentiality and urgency.
