Complaints
SPARK values your feedback, both positive and negative.
If you wish to make a complaint about a SPARK programme, service or general issue, we encourage you to contact us through the complaint form found below. All information received through our complaint form is confidential. Upon submission of your complaint, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail, please send an e-mail to spark@spark-online.org, indicating ‘complaint’ in the subject line of the e-mail. Your complaint will be responded to within 14 working days. SPARK’s complaints handling procedure can be found here.
If however you wish to make a complaint about a misconduct by a SPARK staff (for example inappropriate behavior, fraud, corruption, etc.), then please send an email to SPARK’s external confidential Advisor Wiemer Renkema at wrenkema@hotmail.com and/or at SPARK’s Director of Operations Esther Bosgra at e.bosgra@spark-online.org, explaining the misconduct case. All information received through your email will be dealt with strict confidentiality and urgency. SPARK’s procedure for handling misconduct cases can be found here.
