SPARK values your feedback, both positive and negative.
If you wish to make a complaint that you don’t feel comfortable doing directly with the country or regional team, please reach out to our internal confidential advisor at d.milanovic@spark-online.org. In case you feel more comfortable making your complaint to someone outside spark, please reach out to our external confidential advisor at leanne@bunchmark.com.
In both cases, the information received through your email will be dealt with confidentiality and urgency. In case the confidential advisor feels it is better to engage SPARK’s management in addressing the complaint, this will be discussed with you first.
