In the span of a year, humanitarian needs in Ukraine increased dramatically. Many Ukrainians have lost their primary source of livelihood through displacement, lost incomes and lost businesses. The result of this is the disruption of the economy. It is now crucial to stimulate economic recovery and development in Ukraine, especially by supporting the private sector. SPARK is responding to this need by building locally-led entrepreurship and SME support programmes.
