In the Palestinian Territories, over half of graduated young people are unemployed. Therefore, SPARK focuses on developing a vibrant private sector in the West Bank and Gaza. With support from local partner organisations, we empower startups and existing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to grow and create jobs through training, incubation and access to finance. In addition, we provide higher (vocational) education for Palestinian youth, who receive extensive leadership, civic engagement and entrepreneurship courses.
