Expert Meeting: Value Chain Development for Employment and Stability
SPARK is proud to announce the arrival of the latest in a series of expert meetings: Value Chain Development for Employment and Stability in Fragile and Conflict Situations.
SPARK has collaborated with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) in Nairobi to organise this meeting of experts to discuss the role that the private sector can play in emerging markets, specifically in Fragile and Conflict States (FCS). The conference will take place Thursday 10th and Friday 11th of September 2015. More information on the programmed events and the experts who will be taking part in the two day meeting is available in the linked document Nairobi Expert Meeting.
This latest expert meeting is the 6th in a series of 8 in which SPARK has worked with a variety of international partners (including UNDP, ILO, Silatech, The Hague Institute for Global Justice, CASA and others) to organize expert meetings on subjects essential to the continued development of FCS. This series seeks to increase awareness of the role of entrepreneurship development for stability in fragile states.
