The partnership with SPARK has led to improved access to higher education and economic empowerment for 2,000 more Syrian refugee and IDP youth in the Middle East. The alliance, which includes the Sheikh Abdullah Al Nouri Charity Society, focuses heavily on economic empowerment and entrepreneurship support to create a healthy and sustainable private sector, building the capacity of local institutions to raise standards to be competitive at the global level.
