  • Location:Iraq
  • Application Deadline:September 22nd, 2023
  • Start Date:September / October 2023

SPARK develops higher education and entrepreneurship to empower young ambitious people to lead their conflict affected societies into prosperity.
Over the last 28 years SPARK has built a strong track record in over 25 conflict affected states in the Middle East, Africa and Europe. SPARK builds sustainable local partnerships and is a dynamic and growing, international not-for-profit development organisation with 100+ staff members, in 11 offices. Through our support, we contribute to the reduction of the potential for conflict in the societies we work in.

-Networks of Change (NOC) is a project in the Kurdistan Region in Iraq (KRI) implemented by SPARK, a Dutch NGO.
