The economy is heavily reliant on small and medium-sized companies. For youth, women and refugees with a business idea, SPARK provides a holistic startup support service from ideation to realisation.
Training, coaching and mentoring is provided by qualified trainers and business plan competitions allow new companies to access financial grants to help them grow.
We increasingly focus on support for startups in tech and green sectors. We support the broader base of startups and SMEs by adopting simple digital tools (such as simple accounting and bookkeeping apps and automation and data management tools) to pave the way for them to have access to financial support during the build cycle and pay it back after the sales cycle.
We measure impact in terms of amongst others startup sustainability, growth and new jobs created.
