Introducing SPARK’s #IGNITE2016 Partner: IFC
We can’t believe that in just four short years, the IGNITE Conference has grown into such a hotly anticipated annual congregation of knowledge-sharing.
This year we are delighted to be partnering with the International Finance Corporation (IFC), to bring together some of the world’s leading experts on the topic of ‘Tackling Instability, Radicalisation and Forced Migration’.
The IFC is an integral part of the international effort to move fragile states away from the margins. Their work supports fragile states by improving investment climates, increasing access to finance – particularly for small businesses – and mobilising domestic and international investment. This year, the IFC’s investment in fragile and conflict-affected regions totalled nearly $1 billion!
We’re excited to welcome, Michel Botzung, FCS Manager for Africa at IFC, who will be delivering a keynote speech.
Michel has focused on developing tailored advisory proposals to help IFC’s clients deepen relationships with the local economy, improve governance and increase compliance with IFC’s Business Standards.
For more information on speakers and workshops available at the conference, check out the IGNITE website, Facebook & Twitter.
The IGNITE Conference will be held at Beurs van Berlage, on Wednesday 16th November, 2016.
